Community Health Worker (CHW)/Mobile Unit Driver – The primary role of the MEHOP Mobile CHW is to focus on educational opportunities and promote MEHOP services and programs while driving our MEHOP Mobile Unit. Maintenance and Patient Transportation – The MEHOP Maintenance and Patient Transportation position monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of MEHOP facilities. Primarily responsible for performing general/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following; appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry repairs, painting, heating and A/C repairs, turnaround maintenance, rotating locks and repairing locks, minor electrical repairs, etc. He/She will also be responsible for transporting patients three days a week to and from appointments….MORE

Medical Assistant – Bilingual medical assistant floating position. Monday-Friday full time. The MEHOP Medical Assistant assists MEHOP Providers, Nurses and LVN’s in examining and treating patients in addition to performing administrative duties in order to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently….MORE

Door Screener – Monday – Friday 1-5 pm. Performs temperature checks and screens patients and other visitors entering MEHOP Women and Children’s Center.

Medical Front Desk Receptionist – The primary role of the front desk receptionist is the initiation of the customer care experience by greeting individuals and checking them in at the check-in window.  The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for working with the Eligibility Coordinator, other Receptionists, medical providers and nurses and reports to the Front Office Manager. Organizational Impact Manager (OIM) – To provide overall project oversight and industry expertise. The Organizational Impact Manager collaboratively escalates and resolves project questions and issues, facilitates onsite requirement workshops and ensure key participants are present at said workshops….MORE

Process Solver/Navigator (Three Openings)- To work on a Project Management Team to improve existing processes to prevent work arounds and increase internal efficiencies.  Creating smoother workflow internally and establishing work flows externally which will in return will improve MEHOP’s effort in impacting the social determinants of health.
