Bay City

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – The Chief Financial Officer oversees development of and adherence to internal control and finance policies and directs all financial activities, including purchasing, payroll, billing, budget development, accounts payable, tax reporting, auditing and insurance. He/she is responsible for the management of MEHOP’s financial affairs in accordance with sound financial practices and applicable statutory requirements and in accordance with GAAP. Controller – The controller will handle high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and oversee the financial activities of the company. As head of the accounting department, the controller will manage and supervise all aspects of accounting from payroll to tax compliance. LPC or LCSW – Performs individual, marital, couples, group, and crisis intervention counseling to clients experiencing social, emotional, and vocational difficulties and providing counseling services for adults, adolescents, and children and their parents. Medical Front Desk Receptionist – The primary role of the front desk receptionist is the initiation of the customer care experience by greeting individuals and checking them in at the check-in window.  The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for working with the Eligibility Coordinator, other Receptionists, medical providers and nurses and reports to the Front Office Manager. Process Solver/Navigator ( Two Openings)- To work on a Project Management Team to improve existing processes to prevent work arounds and increase internal efficiencies.  Creating smoother workflow internally and establishing work flows externally which will in return will improve MEHOP’s effort in impacting the social determinants of health. Floating Front Desk Receptionist – This position will float between all MEHOP clinic locations as needed.
